At its meeting held on September
4, 2017, the Board of Directors of BOURBON confirmed Jacques de
Chateauvieux as Executive Chairman, and entrusted Gaël Bodénès, as
Chief Executive Officer, with the responsibility of the company
management. The Board also decided that Astrid de Bréon, as Chief

The Board of Directors of BOURBON
paid tribute to Christian Lefèvre's critical contribution over the

Board member and continue to bring his experience to BOURBON.
"As BOURBON
implements its transformation plan, I am happy to see Gaël Bodénès,
who successfully handled new customer expectations in his previous
operational roles, take on this new responsibility for
BOURBON", said Jacques de Chateauvieux,
Executive Chairman of BOURBON Corporation. "With Astrid de Bréon fully empowered as part of the
executive team, BOURBON has an able and committed management team,
at this critical time, to build a new milestone in its
history."
The group's Executive team will
thus be composed of:
- Jacques de Chateauvieux, Executive Chairman
