Business confidence data from Germany is due on Tuesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Destatis is scheduled to issue Germany's import price data. Economists forecast import prices to rise 2.9 percent annually in June after increasing 4.1 percent in May.

In the meantime, Statistics Finland releases unemployment data for June. The jobless rate stood at 10.7 percent in May.

At 2.45 am ET, the French statistical office Insee is slated to release producer prices for June. Producer prices had increased 2.1 percent year-on-year in May.

At 3.00 am ET, Spain's producer prices data is due. Producer prices had increased 5.3 percent year-on-year in May.

Half an hour later, Statistics Sweden releases producer price figures. Prices had climbed 7.2 percent annually in May.

At 4.00 am ET, Germany's Ifo business confidence data is due. The business sentiment index is forecast to fall to 114.9 in July from 115.1 in the previous month.

In the meantime, Poland's unemployment data is due. The jobless rate is seen at 7.1 percent in June versus 7.4 percent in May.
