ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 November
2009, Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and
Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest
in 161,356,452 Ordinary Shares which represents 24.85% of the current voting
rights of the Company.
