IGE+XAO Group eligible for the PEA-PME system

IGE+XAO SA (ISIN code: FR 00000 30 827) confirms the eligibility of its securities, listed in Euronext Paris (Compartment C), for the PEA-PME* system according to the conditions set down by implementing French decree** no. 2014-283 of 4 March 2014.

The IGE+XAO Group as such attests that it has less than 5,000 employees, turnover of less than 1.5 billion euros or a balance sheet total less than 2 billion euros.

Moreover, to the best of the issuing company's knowledge, no shareholder to date has more than 25% of its securities and/or voting rights.
