The Board of directors of Banimmo is pleased to announce the
designation of Patrick Mertens de Wilmars as Chief Executive
Officer. He was co-opted by the Board of Directors of Banimmo on
April 7th 2016 and
will be effectively appointed in the function on May 10th 2016 after
the general shareholders meeting of the company.
