Ballast Nedam has taken note of the price movement of its share
during the past two trading days and cannot explain this
movement.
In the recently started sales process of the offshore activities
a number of indicative bids have been received. These indicative
bids are currently being evaluated. Once this process leads to a
proposed transaction, Ballast Nedam will make this known.
Currently, there are no new developments to report regarding the
A15 Maasvlakte-Vaanplein project.
