The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income instruments that are rated below investment grade, or considered by the Subadviser (as defined below) to be of comparable quality. Under normal market conditions and after the initial investment period following this offering, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its Investable Assets (as defined below) in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income instruments that are rated below investment grade with varying maturities and other investments (including derivatives) with similar economic characteristics.
