Appointment by Letsbuyit PLC ("Letsbuyit") to create a media campaign to attract
both customers and investors
Europe Vision, the AIM listed studio-to-screen European media company, announces
that it has been appointed by Letsbuyit to assist in its restructuring and
re-launch programme.
Letsbuyit is a shopping portal where customers can purchase consumer goods and
compare prices across the marketplace.
Europe Vision will devise and produce television and internet adverts in three
languages to promote the troubled portal, which once boasted a turnover of over
Euro11bn. The Company will also provide Letsbuyit's management with advice and
assistance to reshape and restructure the business and, if successful, help
negotiate a refinancing package.
Europe Vision will be paid a fee of Euro400,000 plus a percentage participation
based on any increased subscription base and the amount of any refinancing
capital secured for Letsbuyit.
David Lowe, Europe Vision's Chairman, said: "Letsbuyit has a strong subscriber
base and market-leading technological capabilities which, if applied and managed
correctly with the right marketing, could be a strong internet sales portal. We

retailing."
