AXA CFO Gerald Harlin to Retire at the End of the Year

French insurer AXA S.A. (CS.FR) said Thursday that its chief
financial officer and deputy chief executive, Gerald Harlin, is
retiring at the end of the year.
Mr. Harlin will retire on January 1, 2020, when he will be
succeeded by Etienne Bouas-Laurent, CEO of AXA Hong Kong. Before
that, Mr. Bouas-Laurent will join AXA's management committee on
September 1 as deputy CFO.
