AXA SA (CS.FR) said Tuesday that AXA XL, its property &
casualty and specialty risk division, will potentially cut 711 jobs
in Europe as part of a plan to reorganize its structure.
The French insurer said the plan was the next phase of the
integration of several of its divisions, which will combine
separate teams and activities into a single structure.
The 711 potential job cuts will be out of a workforce of 9,500
employees globally, AXA said.
