Cegedim, an innovative technology and services company, will host its 8^th Investor Summit on December 11^th, 2017, in its Boulogne-Billancourt Auditorium. The theme is "Cegedim DNA: a Unique Presence in the Connected Healthcare Ecosystem", with a specific focus on big data, software, digital, telemedicine, connected devices, RCM^[1], third party payment, and process digitization.

The meeting will be hosted by Jan Eryk Umiastowski, Cegedim Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investor Relations. It will include, for the first time, client testimonies and workshops dedicated to medical connected devices and virtual pharmacies. The agenda includes:

• 2015 - 2018: From business model transformation to an integrated, connected, full-service Cloud -digital suite, by Laurent Labrune, Deputy Managing Director of Cegedim.
• Cegedim: a unique connected healthcare ecosystem, by Jan Eryk Umiastowski.
• Reinventing data usage, by David Syr, Operations Manager of GERS Data.
• Pharmacy software, keeping pace with an evolving market, by Jérôme Matha, Managing Director of Smart Rx.
• Testimony by Christian-Eric Mauffré, President of CEIDO Santé pharmacists group.
• The digital Pharmacy, by Guy Taieb, Director of Futuramedia.
• Telemedicine, perspectives and strategy, by Eric Jarrousse, Vice-President of Cegedim Healthcare Software.
• Medical connected services and devices, by Olivier Hua, Managing Director of the Visiomed Group and CEO of BewellConnect Corp USA.
• Pulse and the RCM in the United States, with video testimony by Pulse's clients.
• Connecting healthcare professionals and patients, by Arnault Billy, Director of Docavenue.

• Integrated offering combining third party payment and management, with a trusted payment processor agreement (in process), by Philippe Simon, President of Cegedim Insurance Solutions.
• Digitalization of company processes, including payers: case study - assisting the TOTAL group in its digital transformation, by Jan Eryk Umiastowski.
• HR process digitization, by Olivier Rouas, Development Manager of Cegedim SRH.
• Cegedim and the financial market, by Jan Eryk Umiastowski.

At the meeting, Cegedim will also confirm:

• Its expectation for 2017 of like-for-like revenue growth of slightly more than 6.0%, and EBITDA in a range of €66.0 million to €72.0 million inclusive.
• That the process of divesting its Cegelease business is ongoing and that a sale is planned in the first quarter of 2018, although there is no guarantee a sale will take place.
