Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Beginning November 4, 2021, and during the month of November, representatives of Apartment Income REIT Corp. (“AIR”), including Terry Considine, Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Beldin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be meeting with investors.
