Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 30, 2021, Angel Oak Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has closed a $386.9 million residential securitization transaction, the Company’s seventh securitization and its second sole securitization. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
