Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 15, 2021, APi Group Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update to its full year guidance for 2021 and its expected timing for providing initial guidance for 2022. The press release also provides an update on the Company’s planned acquisition of the Chubb fire and security business. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
