Dollar Retreats Vs Most Majors Ahead Of U.S. Weekly Jobless Claims

The U.S. weekly jobless claims for the week ended May 12 are due
at 8:30 am ET Thursday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded
mixed against its major rivals. While the greenback rose against
the yen, it retreated from its early highs against the rest of
major rivals.
The greenback was worth 1.1806 against the euro, 1.3512 against
the pound, 110.72 against the yen and 1.0016 against the franc as
of 8:25 am ET.
