Changes within the EDF Group's Executive Committee

Jean-Bernard LÉVY, the EDF Group's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has appointed a number of new members within the Group's Executive Committee. These appointments will come into effect on the 1st of July 2019.

Marc BENAYOUN has been appointed Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Customers, Services and Regional Action, whilst remaining in charge of the Gas and Italy business. He is replacing Henri Lafontaine, who will be discharging other duties in the capacity of Board Director.

Cédric LEWANDOWSKI has been appointed Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Nuclear and Thermal business. He is taking over from Philippe Sasseigne, who is exercising his retirement rights. Cédric Lewandowski was previously Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategy.

Alexandre PERRA has been appointed Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategy. He was previously Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Executive Coordination and Government Relations, whilst also discharging clerical duties for the Executive Committee.

  • Christophe CARVAL, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Group Human Resources;
  • Xavier GIRRE, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Group Finances;
  • Véronique LACOUR, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Change Management and Operational Efficiency;
  • Marianne LAIGNEAU, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the International Division;
  • Cédric LEWANDOWSKI, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Nuclear and Thermal business ;
  • Alexandre PERRA, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategy;
  • Simone ROSSI, Group Senior Executive Vice President; Chief Executive of EDF Energy;
  • Pierre TODOROV, Group Senior Executive Vice President and Group General Secretary;
  • Xavier URSAT, Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge Engineering and New Nuclear Projects.

Paul-Marie DUBEE, Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Executive Coordination and Government Relations, is also discharging clerical duties for the Executive Committee.
