Engie SA (ENGI.FR) said Monday it has signed financing agreements to build a 208-megawatt Tonstad wind farm in Norway, alongside Susi Partners AG.

The French energy company is constructing the park and will provide operational support once built. Engie will keep a 20% stake in the project, while Susi will hold the other 80%.

Engie also said Norway's Hydro Energi AS signed a 25-year power-purchase agreement for all the electricity produced.

The farm will consist of 51 wind turbines supplied by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA (SGRE.MC), Engie said.
