LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton rises 6% after what brokerage Bryan Garnier described as solid 2018 results. Moncler, Christian Dior, Kering and Hermes International all rise in sympathy. European engineering consultancy Alten tops the pan-European risers, up 7.1% after reporting higher fourth-quarter revenue. Still, Lonza Group drops 6.5% after the Swiss chemical and biotech company reported downbeat 2019 guidance and said its chief executive was retiring.(philip.waller@wsj.com)
