--The four main contenders for the fiber-network business of Altice Europe N.V. include groups led by KKR & Co. Inc., Allianz, Macquarie Group Ltd. and I Squared Capital, Reuters reports Tuesday, citing "four sources close to the deal."

--Netherlands-based Altice is selling a stake of between 40% and 60% in the fiber-networks business in a deal that could be worth up to EUR3.6 billion, the report said.

--Altice has set a late November deadline for bids, although that could be extended, the report said, citing the sources.
