--J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (JPM) is preparing to move staff out of its London office in the event of a no-deal Brexit, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing "people familiar with the matter."

--About 300 staffers from the London office are being asked to sign new contracts which will see them move to J.P. Morgan offices in the European Union if no deal is reached before the U.K. exits the EU, the report said.

--The bank will work to put staffers in other roles in order to avoid layoffs, the report said.
