ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY
PARIS, May 3rd,
2018 - At the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting
of Kaufman & Broad SA, held today under the chairmanship of
Nordine Hachemi, shareholders approved all of the proposed
resolutions notably the renewal of the term of office as director
of Nordine Hachemi for a period of three years.
