AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION RELATING TO THE COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS TO BE HELD ON APRIL 16, 2019

The Company informs its shareholders that the Combined General meeting (ordinary and extraordinary general meetings) of shareholders will be held on Tuesday April 16, 2019 at 10 am at Pavillon Cambon Capucines, 46 rue Cambon – 75001 PARIS.

The preliminary notice of meeting, including the agenda and the draft resolutions, was published in the BALO (French Official Legal Announcement Publication) on March 4, 2019 and is available on Klépierre’s website. The rules governing shareholders’ participation and vote at the meeting are described in the abovementioned notice.

The convening notice was published in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions, in the BALO (French Official Legal Announcement Publication) on March 25, 2019.
