L&T Agrees to $2.1 Billion Sale of Electrical Unit to Schneider -Bloomberg

--Indian engineering company Larsen & Toubro Ltd. agreed to
sell its electrical unit to a consortium led by Schneider Electric
for 140 billion rupees ($2.09 billion) including debt, Bloomberg
reports, citing unnamed sources.
--Schneider will own 74% of the unit, while Singapore's Temasek
will take the remaining 26%, according to Bloomberg.
