L'Oreal SA (OR.FR) signed an agreement to acquire the Mugler and Azzaro brands from Clarins Group by buying its fragrances division, the company said on Monday.

The French cosmetics giant didn't disclose financial details regarding the acquisition, but said it should be completed within the first quarter of 2020 after regulatory approvals.
