--Microsoft Corp.'s (MSFT) LinkedIn business will close its Chinese-language app Chitu at the end of July, TechCrunch reported Wednesday.

--The core LinkedIn app will incorporate some of Chitu's features, TechCrunch reported. LinkedIn said in a statement that it "will focus on the continuous optimization and upgrade of the LinkedIn app, serving as a one-stop shop" for Chinese professionals, TechCrunch reported.
