--Andre Coisne plans to resign as chief executive of Orange SA's (ORAN, ORA.FR) Orange Bank in the next few weeks, Reuters reported Wednesday.

--Two sources told Reuters that a new management structure is in the works at the bank unit.

--In 2016, Orange SA bought a 65% stake in French insurance company Groupama's banking unit, a key step in its plan to move into mobile banking.
