Welltower Inc. (WELL) on Tuesday backed it 2018 and 2019 full-year guidance for funds from operations.

The real estate investment trust focused on seniors housing operators, post-acute providers and health systems said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday it is reiterating its 2018 and 2019 FFO guidance of $4.02 to $4.06 and $4.10 to $4.25.

FactSet consensus for 2018 FFO was $4.05, with 2019 consensus of $4.23.
