--LVMH's beauty chain Sephora will close all its U.S. stores, distribution centers and corporate offices Wednesday to give its employees diversity training, Reuters reports.

--The decision comes after singer SZA said in April that she was racially profiled at a Sephora store, though a Sephora spokeswoman told Reuters that the store closures weren't in response to any single event, and that plans to organize the training had been underway for months.

--French luxury-goods group LVMH, which owns Sephora, wasn't immediately available for comment when contacted by Dow Jones Newswires.
