Spain Is Said to Pressure Abertis Investor to Accept ACS Bid -Bloomberg

--Spain's government is pressuring Abertis's biggest shareholder
Criteria Caixa to block a takeover bid by Italian rival Atlantia,
in favor of a competing bid led by Spain's ACS, reports Bloomberg,
citing people familiar with the matter.
--Energy Minister Alvaro Nadal and Public Works Minister Inigo
de la Serna are leading the push to block the Atlantia bid,
according to Bloomberg.
--Criteria Caixa hasn't made any final decision on which bid it
will back and it isn't clear whether the Spanish government's
involvement will convince the shareholder, says Bloomberg.
