Tencent and KKR Mull Rival Bids for UMG Stake -Reuters

--Tencent subsidiary Tencent Music Entertainment Group and U.S.
investment firm KKR are considering competing bids for up to half
of Vivendi's Universal Music Group, a deal that could be worth as
much as EUR20 billion, Reuters reports, citing unnamed sources.
--French tycoon Vincent Bollore--who is Vivendi's main
shareholder with a 25% stake--is in the process of selecting the
banks that will oversee the deal, according to Reuters.
