Vinci SA (DG.FR) said Wednesday that revenue for 2019 and proposed an increased dividend for the period.

The French construction and infrastructure company said consolidated revenue for the full year was 48.1 billion euros ($53.15 billion) compared with EUR43.52 billion a year earlier.

Operating profit at the group's concessions business, which manages toll roads and airports, rose 5.8% on a like-for-like basis to EUR8.5 billion, the company said. Organic growth was 5.4% higher on year.

The company said it would propose a 2019 dividend of EUR3.05 a share at the shareholders' meeting on April 9, up from EUR2.67 for 2018.

Looking ahead, Vinci said it expects further growth in revenue and net income for 2020, but that this is likely to be more limited than in 2019 due to "the high base for comparison and barring major new acquisitions."
