Vinci JV Gets EUR1.7 Billion Contract in Canada

Vinci SA (DG.FR) said Tuesday a joint venture it is part of was
given a 1.7 billion-euro ($1.9 billion) contract in Canada to
extend the Confederation Line in Ottawa.
Vinci has a 40% stake in the joint venture, with the remaining
60% controlled by Kiewit.
The contract "covers design, construction and financing of 27.5
kilometers of infrastructure to extend the Confederation Line to
the west and east," the company said.
