Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 18, 2022, Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., a
Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing a cash
dividend of $0.24 per common share payable on March 18, 2022 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 4,
2022. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current
Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated
herein by reference. The information set forth in this Item 7.01 is
