Other Events.

On March 2, 2022, Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results from AP-013, a randomized, saline-controlled, double-blind Phase III clinical study evaluating the efficacy of an intra-articular injection of Ampion in adults with pain due to severe osteoarthritis of the knee. A copy of the Company’s press release is provided as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company also held an investor presentation at which the Company presented results from the AP-013 study. A copy of the slides from the Company’s presentation is provided as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
