On March 27, 2023, BM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing its results of operations and financial
condition for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31,
2022. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and
incorporated by reference herein.
