Item 2.02 Results of
Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 7, 2023, Delta Apparel, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing its financial results for the quarter
ended December 31, 2022.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto,
incorporated herein by reference, and also made available through
the Company's website at www.deltaapparelinc.com.

Robert W. Humphreys, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and
senior management will hold a conference call on Tuesday, February
7, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, to discuss financial results
and provide a business update. The conference call will
