                               Additional Listing


On 3 October 2003 the Company applied for 121,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company to be admitted to AIM. Of these 60,000 shares were admitted to
trading on 8 October and the balance of 61,000 are expected to be admitted
tomorrow.

All of the above shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options
under the Focus Solutions Group (Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme).
