On July 29, 2022, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) by means of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 34 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company for the third quarter of 2022. The dividend is payable on October 1, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
