On March 17, 2023, Ault Alliance, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a cash dividend to holders of the Series D Preferred Stock of $0.2708333 per share. The record date for this dividend is March 31, 2023, and the payment date is April 10, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
