On November 10, 2022, Oncocyte Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” the
“Company” or “Oncocyte”) issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30,
2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1,
which, in its entirety, is incorporated herein by
reference.
