SCVX Corp. (the “Company”) needs additional time to complete the financial statements to be included in its 2021 Annual Report on Form 10-K. The Company expects that its 2021 Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
