On November 10, 2022, Theriva Biologics, Inc., a Nevada corporation
(the “Registrant”) issued a press release that included financial
information for its quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form
8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
