/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- As part of its efforts to establish a
business presence in Asia, Save The World Air, Inc., (OTC:ZERO)
announced today that it has retained Dr. Gurminder Singh as the
company's representative in India. "We are thrilled that Dr. Singh
has agreed to work on behalf of Save the World Air. Both his
connections to and intimate knowledge of the Indian political and
business community will provide SWA with invaluable assistance when
establishing a presence in that great nation," said Edward Masry,
SWA's Chief Executive Officer. As SWA's representative in India,
Dr. Singh will work to forge ties between the company and leading
members of the Indian government, business community and academia.
He will promote SWA products and act as sales representative in
India. He will also act as a liaison for SWA executives visiting
India, which is seen as one of the company's primary initial
markets. Dr. Singh is an authority on finance, enterprise
development and the future role of technology in the global human
community. He currently serves as interim Chief Operating Officer
of StudentSpace LLC, a market leader in the "academic intelligence"
industry, providing educational software and professional services
for higher education. In the field of global and homeland security,
he serves as a consultant for Universal Guardian Corp, helping to
establish a hybrid set of technologies for the rapid growth areas
of Critical Infrastructure and Global Supply Chain security,
initially focusing on maritime and port security. Earlier in his
career he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Salomon Brothers
and was recruited by Dr. Manmohan Singh (now Prime Minister of
India) to join the International Finance Corp., an affiliate of the
World Bank. Dr. Singh holds a graduate degree from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D. degree
in Cognitive Systems from the University of Switzerland, Geneva and
has broad experience in practical application of information
systems and network theory in human affairs. Save The World Air,
Inc., was created to develop devices using proprietary technologies
that can be installed on motor vehicles to reduce harmful
emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and/or improve performance. The
company expects that the first product available to the Indian
market will be the CAT-MATE device. Recent tests at a laboratory
certified by the Vehicle Certification Agency of the United Kingdom
found that when attached to the catalytic converter of a two-stroke
motorcycle engine, the CAT-MATE reduced toxic emissions by as much
as 78%. The company plans to enter production of the CAT-MATE
device during the first half of 2005. Safe Harbor Statement The
