Contract win with Silverjet



Alpha is pleased to announce a five-year contract with Silverjet. Alpha Flight
Services will provide catering services on Silverjet's exclusively business
class daily flight between Luton and Newark.

Silverjet began flying on 25 January 2007, operating a reconfigured B767-200,
with a maximum passenger load of 100 customers. It is adding a second daily
flight to Newark this summer.

Alpha Flight Services have been working closely with Silverjet in producing
quality inflight meals, including a selection of meals that can be ordered over
the internet 48 hours in advance of travel.

Peter Williams, Chief Executive, commented:

"We are pleased to have been awarded a new contract to supply Silverjet with a
bespoke menu range to bring a new era of a la carte to the skies. This is an
important strategic contract win for Alpha that enables us to break new ground
in the premium end of inflight catering."
