Chloride Group PLC (CHLD.LN), a company engaged in supply of power solutions, including the manufacture and sale of power supply systems announced Thursday the High Court of Justice has made an order confirming the reduction of Chloride's share capital in connection with the Scheme of Arrangement by which Rutherfurd Rutherfurd Acquisitions Limited' s acquisition of Chloride is being implemented.

MAIN FACTS:

-This follows the Court's sanction of the Scheme at a hearing held on August 31.

-The Scheme will become effective upon the Court Orders being delivered to the Registrar of Companies which is expected to take place on September 3.

-Shares at 1159 GMT down 0.40 pence, or 0.11%, at 374.60 pence.
