Q3 Trading Update and Dividend
Declaration
FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national
specialist business advisory firm, is pleased to announce a
trading update for the nine months ended 31 January 2025 and
declares its Q3 dividend.
Trading
Performance
FRP is pleased with its performance in the year
to date, with trading across each of the five service pillars
currently ahead of the Board's expectations, demonstrating FRP's
ability to grow profitably through a range of services that help
clients at different stages of their Corporate cycle.
The Group's pipeline and activity levels remain
strong, and as such the Board is confident that the Group will
deliver results for the year ending 30 April 2025 ("FY 2025") ahead
of current market expectations1.
The Company expects to announce a full year
trading update for FY 2025 trading update in mid-May
2025.
Q3
Dividend
The Group has a strong balance sheet and in
line with the Company's quarterly dividend policy, the Board is
pleased to declare an interim dividend of 0.95p per eligible
ordinary share for the third quarter ended 31 January 2025 (Q3
2024: 0.9p).
The dividend will be paid on 13 June 2025 to
shareholders on the register on 16 May 2025, with the ex-dividend
date being 15 May 2025.
