Capital Reduction effective

Harbour announces that the Capital Reduction, comprising the Share Premium Reduction and the Merger Reserve Reduction approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 11 May 2022, is now effective. This follows the confirmation of the Capital Reduction by the Court of Session, Edinburgh on 2 August 2022 and the registration of the Court order with the Registrar of Companies in Scotland on 3 August 2022.

The Capital Reduction creates additional distributable reserves to the value of US$6,310,960,275. This provides the Company with further flexibility to deliver shareholder returns over the coming years either in the form of dividends and/or share buybacks.
