HEADLINE: Forfeiture of Shares

The Company announces that, on 16 May 2008, 17,635 ordinary shares of 10p each
were forfeited by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's
Articles of Association, and will be cancelled.

Following the cancellation of the forfeited shares, the total number of
ordinary shares of 10p each remaining in issue is 43,526,171.
