IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a
leading developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration
software for telecoms and utility network operators, provides an
update in relation to the Company's block admission arrangements
(the 'Block Admission') in respect of new ordinary shares of £0.02 each
('Ordinary Shares')
which may be issued as a result of exercises of existing options to
subscribe for new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's 2020
Share Option Plan.
