today announced that Frederick W. Smith, Chief Financial Officer
(CFO), has advised management of his decision to resign, effective
February 9, 2007. Mr. Smith joined ECO2 Plastics in 2004 as CFO.

responsibilities while actively seeking his replacement for a new
